Stay With Me, Lord

Some days I don’t need answers.

I just need God to stay close.

Not every moment in life is dramatic.
Not every prayer is about breakthrough.
Sometimes faith looks like quietly saying,

“Lord… just stay with me today.”

There are seasons where nothing feels wrong —
but nothing feels especially clear either.

You’re showing up.
You’re trying.
You’re praying.
You’re building.
You’re mothering.
You’re working.

But inside, you’re just hoping you’re doing it right.

And that’s where this gentle truth meets us:

God is not measuring you the way you measure yourself.

He isn’t grading your progress.
He isn’t comparing your timeline.
He isn’t frustrated with your pace.

He walks with you.

Scripture reminds us:

“The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” — Deuteronomy 31:8

Not just in the big moments.
Not just when you’re strong.
Not just when you feel confident.

He stays.

Even when you doubt.
Even when you feel unsure.
Even when you feel ordinary.

Maybe faith isn’t always about becoming something new.

Maybe sometimes it’s about staying close.

Have you been asking God for direction… when maybe what you really need is His presence.
