Thank you for supporting Butterfly Bliss Candles and Growing Faith. Every product and curated box is created with intention, care, and purpose. Your trust matters deeply, and we want you to feel confident when you shop with us.

Current Product Availability

At this time, Butterfly Bliss Candles is not yet selling individual candles.

While we prepare for our candle launch, our store currently features:

  • Mystery Boxes
  • Faith-inspired stationery and paper goods
  • Growing Faith devotional items
  • Journaling and Bible study resources
  • Gift-ready curated sets

All products are inspected carefully before shipping to ensure quality.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our curated products, mystery boxes, and faith-based items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us at info@butterflyblisscandles.com with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will gladly offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A store credit

Our goal is always to ensure you feel cared for and valued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped and marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Butterfly Bliss Candles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.

For concerns, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as processing begins immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Mystery boxes (contents vary and are final)
  • Journals, devotionals, and paper goods
  • Faith encouragement packs
  • Any limited-edition or personalized items
  • Digital downloads (if offered in the future)
