A Prayer for Resilience

Heavenly Father,

Today I come before You feeling weary, but I know that my strength does not come from me—it comes from You.

Lord, help me to keep going when I feel like giving up. Remind me that You are walking beside me through every challenge, every disappointment, and every unanswered prayer.

When fear tries to take over, replace it with peace. When doubt fills my mind, fill my heart with Your truth. When I feel weak, remind me that Your power is made perfect in my weakness.

Teach me to trust Your timing, even when I don't understand Your plan. Help me to grow through every trial instead of becoming bitter because of it.

Give me resilience to stand firm in my faith, courage to face each new day, and hope that cannot be shaken by my circumstances.

Thank You for never leaving me, even in the hardest seasons of life. Thank You for carrying me when I don't have the strength to walk on my own.

I choose to believe that You are working all things together for my good, even when I cannot see it yet.

Strengthen my heart.
Renew my mind.
Restore my joy.
Deepen my faith.
