Finding Strength When You Feel Weak
Finding Strength When You Feel Weak There are seasons when simply showing up feels hard.
If I'm being honest, that's where I am right now. Between creating content, reading through the Bible chapter by chapter, and consistently showing up online, there are days when I feel stretched and tired. But I also know God is using this season to grow my faith. He's teaching me that I wasn't meant to walk this journey alone—I need community, accountability, and most importantly, Him.
One thing I've realized is that many of us spend our days just trying to get through them. We carry stress, anxiety, disappointment, and exhaustion on our own shoulders. Instead of stopping to invite God into those moments, we keep pushing forward in our own strength.
But God never asked us to carry life by ourselves.
Finding Strength When You Feel Weak When we pause, even for a few minutes, and invite Him into our worries, He gives us the strength we don't have on our own. Sometimes strength doesn't come through a dramatic miracle. Sometimes it comes as peace, wisdom, comfort, or simply enough grace to take the next step.
One practice that's helped me is sitting in complete silence for five minutes. No phone. No distractions. Just being still before God. In those quiet moments, I remember He is with me, even when life feels overwhelming.
One verse that reminds me of His personal love is Isaiah 43:1 (NIV):
"Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine."
God knows your name. He knows your struggles, your fears, your doubts, and your weaknesses. None of them surprise Him.
So if you're feeling weak today, don't let this world convince you that you're not enough. Your worth isn't found in your productivity, your accomplishments, or other people's opinions.
Your worth is found in the One who created you.
Keep showing up.
Keep seeking God and His Kingdom.
Even when you feel weak, God is strong enough to carry you through.
You are enough because you belong to your Heavenly Father.
