Genesis Chapter 22
Summary
Genesis 22 tells the powerful story of God testing Abraham’s faith. God asked Abraham to sacrifice his beloved son Isaac—the very son through whom God had promised to build a great nation. Abraham obeyed without arguing, trusting that God would keep His promises. Just as Abraham was about to offer Isaac, the Angel of the Lord stopped him. God provided a ram as a substitute sacrifice and reaffirmed His covenant, promising to bless Abraham and multiply his descendants because of his obedience.

Encouragement
If you’re walking through a difficult season, remember that God sees the entire journey. Just as He provided for Abraham, He already knows what you need before you arrive at tomorrow. Keep trusting Him one step at a time. His timing is perfect, His promises are faithful, and His provision never fails.
Heavenly Father,
Help me trust You even when I cannot see the whole picture. Give me a heart that obeys You with confidence, knowing that You are always faithful. Thank You for providing everything I truly need, especially through Jesus Christ. Strengthen my faith so I can walk in obedience each day, believing that Your plans are always good.
