Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will happily send a replacement or issue store credit.
We always want you to feel cared for and valued.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Butterfly Bliss Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
• A reship fee will be required to send it again
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We will notify you if your package is returned and provide a link to pay the reship fee.
